Gem Pink Tourmaline (Elbaite)

The bright red-pink hue is totally consistent throughout the entire 69 gram crystal, which ends in a sharp termination with bevels and strongly defined edges. Down the C-axis (top-down) the color is especially intense! This is impressive in conjunction with the transparency of the Elbaite, which is so clear that you can read through it.
