5.12 x 3.94 x 3.54 inches
Prominently perched at the top of this specimen is a sizable, perfectly-formed Calcite twin that measures 6.1 x 4.7 centimeters. The twinned Calcite's interior has a glassy transparency and boasts a honey-yellow color that intensifies towards its center; each of the crystal faces are illustrated with geometric surface textures that beautifully accent the Calcite's vitreous luster. Below the Calcite is a dramatically cascading pedestal of sharply-formed Apophyllite crystals that are completely covered in a layer of Apophyllite points and microcrystals. The overall arrangement of the Calcite on the matrix gives this piece a presentation that is nothing short of stellar! This piece comes with a custom acrylic base.
